Hospice services were fantastic although we are extremely disappointed with the party responsible for picking up the hospital bed. We understand there was a snow storm but our family member passed away 3 days ago, well before the storm. This makes it difficult to receive friends, family and visitors to the home when the hospital bed is in the middle of the living room.
