Rodents, Disappointing Amenities, and Overpriced "Luxury" My original review is no longer an accurate reflection of this building. When I moved in back in 2022, there was 24/7 front desk and building support. Since then, those services have been eliminated, yet rent continues to increase year after year. Edited: There was a bit of a miscommunication at first, but Rob was able to get me in for a tour and answer all my questions. It's a really nice community and likely one of the better values in center city.
Dani and Devon were amazing. The apartments are beautiful and clean. The team made my move seamless under tight timelines.
This is a wonderful building with extremely friendly and helpful management; Dani and Naimah have gone above and beyond to help with any and all questions I've had.
We toured The Collins to see what all the hype was about, judging from other reviews for this property and its staff. 😉 (Although we’re not looking to move for another three-six months).
