Edited: There was a bit of a miscommunication at first, but Rob was able to get me in for a tour and answer all my questions. It's a really nice community and likely one of the better values in center city.
Dani and Devon were amazing. The apartments are beautiful and clean. The team made my move seamless under tight timelines.
This is a wonderful building with extremely friendly and helpful management; Dani and Naimah have gone above and beyond to help with any and all questions I've had.
We toured The Collins to see what all the hype was about, judging from other reviews for this property and its staff. 😉 (Although we’re not looking to move for another three-six months). Right when we walked in, Naimah greeted us in the most warm and welcoming way. Then we proceeded to tour with Dani, who I’m sure had her patience tested with all of our questions lol jk! We helped our grandson move into The Collins for him to start school, and we have nothing but good things to say so far! Dani made the application and move in smooth and easy. Was attentive to our many questions about the apartment and building. We picked The Collins overall due to location and the lower prices for larger apartments. Their whole team is friendly, and we’re happy our grandson loves his new place!
