I have lived at the Collins for 2 years now and the thing above all else that keeps me at this building is the customer service. I must shout out Dani, the property manager for always being responsive to the e-mail i send and treating me as family. She always treats me with empathy and goes out of her way to offer amazing service. I also want to shout out Felix, the maintenance man for keeping my unit in tip top shape. Even ever issues do arise, they are always fixed within the day.
I just signed the lease for an apartment in a building managed by Dani and Davon, and I’m really excited about it! From the moment I first got in touch with them, they’ve been super friendly, professional, and clearly care about the people living here. Dani and Davon are honestly amazing. I moved in about a month ago and Dani and Davon were amazing!! I literally cannot express how easy they made this process!! I had a few issues with my documents and Dani took so much off my plate! Since the day I moved in I’ve loved living here and literally cannot imagine living anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
