I am a current tenant of this particular property and I have been without a working HVAC system for more than 40 days now. I have attempted to contact the management company, Herman and Kittle, the property manager, and maintanece and I can not seem to get any response. Maintenance is unable to make the repair and left and I have not been contacted since.
