Ashley did not fix the ac for 2 months.

We sold our home and moved into a newly renovated unit a few months ago. Ashley C. made the transition easy and painless. She was prompt with her responses to our many questions being new renters and made the application process easy. 2025 Updated review: loved the previous management team and was very nervous about the new owners/management. Extremely pleased that Bender brought in Ashley C. She is such a caring, friendly and efficient property manager. She goes out of her way to quickly handle issues (building and unit) while keeping residents informed and ensuring the property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Current residents would know better about issues like noisy neighbors or problems with the amenities, but I want to leave a review about my experience with the application process for this apartment. We initially applied online to move into this apartment and exchanged multiple emails with the apartment representative throughout the process.
