Me and my Fiancé just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom today and we absolutely LOVE the environment!!! Melissa is the front office was beyond helpful from explaining prices, helping us set up power and gas and most of all helping us with the 2 kiddos going stir crazy sitting in a office for a while 😂 such a great complex and amazing staff! Even got to meet a few maintenance men and they were so nice and friendly. We are super excited to start our life at our new home! Thank you!!!
the staff is rude and the place is trash
I applied for an apartment in January and never heard back. I called to check for A update and they said they would would check the status of my application and contact me back within the hour. No one called me back and I ended up having to stay in my same apartment. Ic hope it isn't your ploy to get people to apply just so you can take their money because that seems to be what happened in my case. Took the money and never even bothered to call me back About an approval or denial.
Chapel hill/Commons at Kettering apartments are wonderful! Spacious and well thought floor plans just add to the friendly staff, great neighbors, reasonable rent, and just overall great atmosphere! Short drive to all kinds of restaurants and shopping so a great location as well! If you're looking for a place definitely check this complex out! In the words of the great Mr. Rogers, "won't you be my neighbor". ;)
