I love my new apartment! It is beautiful and spacious. The leasing office was amazing helping me move and make all the arrangements sight unseen (moved from out of state). Throughout the process the leasing team kept me informed and on move in day guided me with all the ins and outs of the community. My apartment was nice and welcoming freshly made. Moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it!! The pool is great, amenities are great. Haven’t had any maintenance issues at all and the office team is great!
They don't pay out commissions to realtors when bringing clients.
I’ve been back here since January & I’m consistently having issue I’ve been putting in work order since January service sucks I would not recommend moving back here. I’ve been so patient I have two work orders that they said they completed & have not completed try to contact cooperate No response No answer an some leasing agents have attitudes I regretted moving back here I have not been comfortable since resigning at the commons of hollyhock I’ve been in multiple apartments an have not had these many problems nowhere I stay... read more
Este condominio es un asco. No recomiendo a nadie rentarse aquí, vivo aquí hace 8 meses y es la peor decisión que he tomado en mi vida. Siempre que se me rompe algo en el apto tengo que caerles arriba para que lo arreglen. Me pasé una semana con el aire roto teniendo una bebé de menos de un año. Nunca recogen la basura, no limpian las escaleras. Les encanta poner fee por todo pero las cosas que deben hacer, no las hacen.
