Lived here for a year. Moved into a dirty unit and was told it is what it is bc my original unit wasn’t ready at move in time. I had to take another unit since I couldn’t wait that was on the third floor and costs more for rent. Kasey lied and told me they would match rates and then told me it wasn’t possible. Xavier was absolutely awesome showing my boyfriend and me around the property. He was very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns about the apartment. He also helped guide us through all the necessary steps, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
