Good property manager, but you may as well just assume no money back on your security deposit (they may even ask you for more money!). We got charged nearly $300 for painting our walls which weren’t even freshly painted when we moved in. They attributed it to patches and furniture marks but I used to work for Lloyd and all we were told to do was touch up spots and paint a whole wall if it really needed it which ours didn’t.
Nice and clean, in a great location. Awesome pool area. Hard to find much better in the area
