Business response:
Thanks!
I was just there a few minutes ago. I recieved my coffee, paid and tipped her..and then she decided to tell me that my boyfriend and I could not sit on their EMPTY patio because we have a dog. We purposely went there to sit on the patio with our coffee. She then started to argue with me and be rude. I have been waiting to go there since we moved to this neighborhood. Never again We will only go to Heartland cafe because they actually let us have her on the patio because she is so well behaved.
Business response:
So I talked with my staff person about what happened and she told me she was under the impression that dogs were not allowed in sidewalk cafes in Chicago. She is pretty new and I never discussed it with her. She feels really bad because she looked up the rules later. She doesn’t have FB or would have explained herself to you. I am sorry again and hope you try us out again!
I recently moved to the area and cannot get enough of The Common Cup! I ordered a slice of blueberry pie and iced coffee. The coffee was smooth, not acidic, and overall amazingly crafted. The pie was so much more fresh and tasted like I was in a diner next to a blueberry farm. 5/5 recommend!
Business response:
