Only because zero stars are available the girl said she was going to do a consultation after 19 minutes of talking to her and pouring out my heart she told me someone else would call me back when I asked for her name to complain on her she hung up on me I then got a phone call from Lisa who did nothing but Yale and over talk to me until she hung up on me as well I am at all that a mental health professional acted that way which just goes to show you it is all a scam they are not going to help you they want to run up your ins... read more
Had a consultation scheduled no one called, or emailed to say it was not happening. I cleared my schedule to wait around for nothing. Very unprofessional.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They do very shady business. They are very unethical and need to be out of business! I stopped seeing them back in September of 2023 because my therapist left the company. Here we are July 2024 and they just charged my debit card over $250 “for services from last year”. I paid my copay every time. Before I even had my first session, they ran my insurance and told me my copay. They sent me a super bill everytime that was paid in full. Contact the Georgia Board and file a claim against them! Kelli Burns has been heaven sent into my life. Her ability to connect with me in spaces no one has been able to enter has been such a blessing for me. She’s non judgmental and very authentic, everyone deserves a Kelli Burns in their life.
