I have used this business for BOTH heating and cooling. A couple of summers ago, my husband was in Canada and I drove home from a weekend in Arkansas to a 96 degree house. This is the ONLY business whom would even come out on a Sunday night. It ended up being a pretty inexpensive fix at $121 bucks or so. Do NOT use Comfort Crew. Initially, I was impressed with the speedy response of the receptionist to offer an appointment for later that day. She explained that her husband would be the technician and could service the unit on his way home, since he lived in the same neighborhood. For this reason, and ONLY this reason, I gave them one star. As scheduled, the technician arrived and stayed about 30 minutes. He found that the unit's battery (35/5) was dead and replaced it.
