I I were to give this apartment complex 0 ( ZERO) stars I would have, but alas!!!!!, there are no such options.The apartment was previously called Riverchase and now called Columns of Jackson.Beware these people chase you around,,,, they give crappy excuses and never fix a thing, our house kept on having electricity bills running upto 100s of dollars and they never investigated until I complained to entergy!!!!!!.Even if ur up to date with payments they send your bills to collection agencies, they harass you even after you l... read more

Worst apartment managers. Kept harassing us for 2 years with collection agency by reporting wrong debt towards. They were pissed because we did not like what they showed us when we had to move out when the tornado hit the entire complex. I am glad it was damaged they deserved it. I lived there for 3 years and inspite of being good client they treated us badly when we had to leave

I completely agree with the disappointed resident. The staff at riverchase are unprofessional. The staff are more interested in getting there rent for the month and then customer satisfaction. My wife and I have had several problems with our apartment. Most of our problems go unanswered. If you do decide to move in, please hold on to a copy of your payments because they will " have a mix up in payments". Riverchase are constantly under construction with the apartments as well as with the increase in rent. The rent for a sing... read more
I would rate Riverchase...NO STARS. I have been here 18months now, and when my lease is up, Im out. When I moved here everything was great, everything worked and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Not so long ago the commuity was sold to the ECI Group, its been going down hill since. On April 4th,there was a bad storm in north Jackson that caused alot of damage, its September and its still not fixed. Riverchase is a good place to live with reasonable pricing. The staff is friendly and I enjoy calling it home.
