Have had noise issues with the people below me from the first week I moved in. They continually play their bass so loud that my floor and furniture vibrates. The police have been called out numerous times, and every time, their response is, "Why isn't Management doing anything about this." The issue has been raised to management NUMEROUS times, and most recently, I was told that "a letter" would be sent. If indeed a letter was sent, it had NO effect on the issue.
