I moved in back in October 2020 and still currently live here. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly and the maintenance and front office staff are all extremely nice. Haven’t had any issues since moving in. The views from my balcony are beautiful. I can see the river in the winter time. Move here if you love hiking and nature, you won’t regret it!
Tha manager, Ms. J, was amazing!! She is one of the reasons why I am leasing with Avana Cumberland. Her customer service made it feel like I've known her for years and felt so at home! She's amazing and great at her job! She went above and beyond with my leasing process and I am so grateful for her.
