RecommendedWe've been living at the columns for a year now and just renewed our lease. the community is quiet and nice, we have not had any issues with theft, loud noises or vandalism. The maintenance works their butts off and are always quick to respond. these are older apartments for sure.... but they do the best with what they have and I appreciate the employees that work here. The location is awesome and the price is great.
0/10 They don't even let you split the rent with the family of roaches in the kitchen they can't seem to evict.
1 Star If not on top floor, you'll hear every step your neighbor takes. Complex will not help, said to either move to new apartment or deal with it. Also has bug issue. Do not rent! Savings and nice view not worth it!
Price and location-wise are fair, the apartment is quiet, for most of the times....but the roof is leaking badly in most rainy weathers, and each time they claimed they fixed the issue, in the next rain it is going to leak again. If you do not bother a leaking roof, this is actually a good place to live in
Maintenance is horrible!! I had a neighbor who moved out of an apartment in my building and immediately started to get German roaches! Everyone in my building complained that their apartments was infected with these bugs! The office people don't care! They send a guy who sprays the home and even admitted to me that the spray doesn't work! If there is anything wrong in your home, maintenance will leave a signed work order that it was fixed when it wasn't!
