This company consistently creates confusion and misunderstanding among its clients and businesses, hindering their ability to receive the help they need. I have no intention of working with this organization again. For an organization that claims to assist clients in need, it appears that they cause more harm than good. This organization should not be interacting with the general public with such disregard for their clients. I am genuinely shocked by this organization’s behavior.
Wish I could give the same amount of help they have for my son! ZERO, ZIP, Big fat 0! They don’t call, follow up, address, or even provide any service for their clients!!!!!
The workers do not follow up you gotta do their job , It can be stressful
Se a convertido en una pesadilla para mi 😡 cambian el trabajador o cordinador del caso sin previo aviso y el nuevo entra mas perdido,confundido o desorientado,que nunca se en que etapa va el procedimiento,ni cuantas veces al year reinician el caso 🙈
