We rented from Kevin a few years ago, and when I left a review he took that as the opportunity to say that I was “the first less than great tenant” they have ever had (hard to believe) and continued to rattle on about how I had asked to break the lease- Kevin would never get on the phone with me, and when I said it was pertinent that we speak on the phone, he said I was aggressive and domineering in an email - which I am happy to share the entire email thread with anyone who wants it. I would not recommend this property management company if it were the last one standing in Colorado! They claim be doing business in a manner that aligns with the laws associated with the Fair Housing Act. Yet they are literally the only property management company that I've spoken to over the course of multiple months who treated me so poorly. When I asked for an itemized invoice for the $1344 they deducted after I terminated the PMA: “We aren't required to send you an invoice immediately to validate something you already agreed to in the contract.” “You made a decision that might not be financially favorable and are placing the blame on us. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability on your part.”
