When I asked for an itemized invoice for the $1344 they deducted after I terminated the PMA: “We aren't required to send you an invoice immediately to validate something you already agreed to in the contract.” “You made a decision that might not be financially favorable and are placing the blame on us. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability on your part.”
