Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE if you want your time respected. Booked an appointment for 3p last week, showed up 15 min early and was in the lobby until 3:40 with no one taking me back. Had to reschedule so I could grab my daughter from daycare. Came back this week for an appointment at 2:45. Again, showed up 15 min early. Asked how long it would be at 3p and was told 30 min more.
