Place is a mess. Ive notified front office of a musty smell coming out of A/C since it started to get warmer outside, they could care less. A friend of mine also lives here and he has a hole in his shower! With a musty smell as well! Oh and when they gave him the apartment , instead on fixing where it leaks when it rains, they painted over it! Im currently living here but also in process of moving out. Would give less of a star if i could. Mold, noise, vandalism, water leaks, no a/c, slow maintenance, repetitive plumbing issues for the shower, water shut off constantly, no notice on entry into the units, failure to remove dead trees, parking problems, dumpsters open, random mattresses every week sitting next to dumpsters, no one in office during office hours, and more issues.

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve gone months now without working ac. Management is terrible and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone unless you see them in person. They also have a terrible roach problem on to of that. Do no live here. Signing my lease was a mistake
