Would give less of a star if i could. Mold, noise, vandalism, water leaks, no a/c, slow maintenance, repetitive plumbing issues for the shower, water shut off constantly, no notice on entry into the units, failure to remove dead trees, parking problems, dumpsters open, random mattresses every week sitting next to dumpsters, no one in office during office hours, and more issues.
This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve gone months now without working ac. Management is terrible and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone unless you see them in person. They also have a terrible roach problem on to of that. Do no live here. Signing my lease was a mistake
While we had some initial hiccups at move-in (which were immediately rectified), this has been a great place to live for rentals. The office staff (especially Miss Shirley) always go out of their way for you and the maintenance team (especially Mr. Lucas and Mr. Kevin) are basically jack-of-all-trades, and have handled all our maintenance issues quickly and suitably. The maintenance staff truly goes out of their way here. Rental prices seem to be in-line with the rest of the area, but I'd never complain if they went down lol... read more
