This place would be fine if the neighbors weren’t the rudest people on the planet. In the two years I’ve been here I’ve never had a single morning where I woke up on my own accord, I am woken every morning by the neighbors car alarms, the six dogs they hide from management, or the music they play loud enough for the block at 3am. Pleasssssssse don’t go where. Is veryyyyyyyyyy bad place nothing is good there. Lying everyday, they don’t care they care only about there rent. Is almost 1 month we don’t have heat, no stove all bathroom is bad and they don’t wanna fix it. I never saw apartments like that. Poor communication no respect 10000000%%%%%% baddddd
Tenants without power for 5 days and it’s freezing outside. They have no idea when the power will be on. My mom was told that she has to move to another unit and they can give her two weeks but what about her having to live inside a freezing, dark apartment, food spoiling and now having to move around Christmas and the holidays. Didn’t even offer money off her rent or money to move. The customer service is terrible.
The worst place i have ever lived. There is no end to the amount of noise in this place, they shut the water off every 4 weeks and the rent increases by $150-200 every lease. When we moved in the entire place was disgusting and full of leaves and plastic cups, you will never be able to escape the amount of mold and gas leaks in any unit you rent. The parking lot is full of ice in the winter (no salting) and trash in the summer, i broke my arm here last winter after slipping on ice. The only thing the office does well is coll... read more
