RecommendedThis is my first apartment & i couldn’t be happier. The application process was a breeze, Kim from the office is amazing & she was so helpful with everything. I applied & got approved within the same day, i was even able to move up my move in day to a week earlier with no complications! The complex is well kept & safe. Families out in the evenings with their kids. Everything is clean, functioning & spacious. I absolutely love it here. No complaints, no issues. Would definitely recommend!

I lived at The Colony for just over a year, between 2016 and 2017. Overall, everything was fine. I loved my unit, parking was always available, appreciated the central location in town. However, during my 13 months there, I came home from work *three* times with 24-hour eviction notices on my door for unpaid rent, which, as you can imagine, caused a great deal of stress and irritation as I then had to take off work the next morning to go down to the office and show my receipts and bank statements.
