Lived here for 2 years. I loved this place. Convenient location.. Very calm and peaceful. Very beautiful complex. Rents were reasonable. Management was courteous.
NOISE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. THE LEASING OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS ALSO A SERIOUS PROBLEM. This is the worst place I have lived in! The walls and the ceiling are so thin that if your neighbor walks you can hear him! When I had noise problems with one of my neighbors, the leasing office were so passive about it and never took any actions. They have renovated a basketball court just next to one of the buildings and kids are always screaming there.
