RecommendedWe love our spacious beautiful apartment. Family friendly, pet friendly. Great neighbors and staff! You may hear noise in the hallways but walk into your apartment and silence. Barely even notice the neighbors above us.
Apartment have very old appliances and need to be updated for what we pay for rent!
No matter your loyalty (3 years) and recommending 3 people to rent there as well, they couldn’t show me any consideration or decency when it came to breaking my lease. They hid extra hidden fees until it was almost to late, overcharged on everything n then wanted to put notices on my door when they should’ve been putting them on everyone else’s. Glad to be done with these apartments n leasing company.
Beautiful, homey apartments. Barely hear your neighbors and the community is so friendly, not just the staff, but the neighbors as well. Sometimes parking is a little scarce, but that is also because it is a bit of an older, family orientated community. The office does get busy and leaving a voicemail is normal, but they are quick to call back. The macitence is nice and quick to fix a problem!
I love living here. Vivian is amazing in the leasing office, the grounds are well-maintained, it's quiet, within great distances of shopping, and the maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues - large or small.
