Since 1935, The Colonnade has been one of Florida's finest seafood restaurants. With fresh fish delivered daily, the family-owned and operated restaurant in Tampa, Fla., is a bay area favorite. Lois (Mamie) Whiteside and her sons, Richard Jr. and Jack, opened The Colonnade on Bayshore Boulevard. Great fresh food, super kind and accommodating wait staff, best view in Tampa, couldn't ask for more! Boiled shrimp appetizer, tropical grilled shrimp w/yellow river entree. Hmm, no shrimp on dessert menu. Imagine that. Several people remarked best gator they'd ever had. We'll be back.
