I am a current resident at the colonnade apartments. The staff is the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They worked with me to make sure I could get into the apartment and didn't yank me around like other places just to get money from an application. They take good care of the community and keep us all updated. If something breaks or goes wrong they fix it asap.
