I have lived here 4 years, the staff are very nice and really care about their residents. Any maintenance issue I have is always resolved fast. When my AC went out a few weeks ago, they said they had a few ACs that also went out and they made sure mine was working before the end of the day even though I was last on the list of like 8. Thank you so much for an amazing place to live.
Ive been at this apratment complex for 19 years. Im pleased to say the front office and staff are the most courteous in hermitage. Thanks for being kind to me. Keep up the good work.
BIGGEST RIP OFF OF GOOD PAYING HARD WORKING TENANTS! Trying to keep my deposit and charge me $90 for cleaning after living here 5 plus years with a squirrel they couldn’t get out of my bedroom wall that ate on the Sheetrock until he got they! YOU GUYS ARE A PIECE OF SHIT! Trying to charge me $700 more per month for a 6 month lease so we could buy a HOME? May YOUR BUSINESS FAIL DUE TO YOUR DISHONESTY AND LACK OF INTEGRITY!
