Fast check in, everybody is nice !
The staff who welcomed us at the entrance were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to accomplished our purpose in going there, which is distributing the Bibles to patients and staff as well. The building set up was easy to locate. Adequately labeled and easy to follow through.
I had a friend at Collinwood Care Center. The staff were respectful. The facility made sure she had a wheelchair. She was on a special diet. The staff did their best to meet both her medical and non-medical needs during her stay. Thank you.
I met today with Randy Langford (Exec Dir). He gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to many of the staff members. They were all so nice - and many of them have been at the facility for 10+ years - so more than 20 years! Randy is also a great guy and is very proud of his team and their work - and with good reason!
I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community today and was immediately welcomed at the door. With everyone I encountered, including the residents, that kindness continued throughout the building. It was clean, it smelled nice and felt like a home… and even more important, everyone looked happy and cared for!!!
