I met today with Randy Langford (Exec Dir). He gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to many of the staff members. They were all so nice - and many of them have been at the facility for 10+ years - so more than 20 years! Randy is also a great guy and is very proud of his team and their work - and with good reason!
I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community today and was immediately welcomed at the door. With everyone I encountered, including the residents, that kindness continued throughout the building. It was clean, it smelled nice and felt like a home… and even more important, everyone looked happy and cared for!!!
I love to a part of The Collingwood Care Center the staff is very good with individuals sharing with other as soon as u inter in they always greet you vw the smile and complement you as u leaving well done Staff : Sister Gloria
Caring staff that step up when asked
The receptionist opened the door for me and welcomed me in . She assisted me with the sign in .it was a pleasant experience.
