My recent experience with The Collective Cafe was extremely disappointing and highlighted a serious lack of attention to detail, customer service, and accountability. I placed a delivery order while at work, only to discover that items were missing. The sides were clearly listed as included with my order on their website, and when I called, the staff verbally confirmed that they should have been included. Amazing service love this place
This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The cafe has a nice, trendy atmosphere with plenty of seating and enough space to feel comfortable without being too close to other customers. However, the food and customer service fell short of my expectations. I ordered the breakfast wrap with eggs, sausage, and potatoes.
