Where do I start? Judy and Kelsey are absolute gems! Being a first time homebuyer I was so nervous and literally had no idea where to start. I just want to extent a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to the Collective Az’s, Kelsey and Judy I found out the lot next to my home was finally for sale. It only took one phone call and without hesitation they looked into the property comps and had a bid into the realtor that day. I have wanted that lot for years but the owners never wanted to sell then all of a sudden it’s on the market thru a broker. Judy and Kelsey were all we could ask for in a team and more! They were readily available during the process of house hunting and when we found “the one” they were so helpful with the negotiation process. Once our offer was accepted they were great at giving us update and explaining next steps. Not only do they handle the transaction with care and attention to detail but they make you feel like family. They celebrate with you just as they would their own home.
