After another salon down the street cancelled on me two weeks before my wedding, I was left scrambling to find a salon that could cut and color my hair and had experience working with hair extensions. I am so happy that I found the Collective, and particularly Caitlyn. She not only helped to ease my anxiety around my wedding hair, but also did a fantastic job with my cut, color and extensions. I have Jennifer Aniston hair thanks to Tiffany and Great Lengths extensions! I’ve been getting extensions for the last 13 years and Tiffany is by far one of the absolute top people, she listened to my concerns and needs and delivered perfectly. The coloring that she gave me enhanced my natural coloring. It doesn’t even look like I have extensions, it just looks like I have a nice thick long hair. Thank you, Tiffany!!

I’ve never left a bad review before and feel really bad leaving this review, but don’t want anyone else to have this experience!! The stylist was really nice and seemed like she really knew what I wanted. It looks fine from afar and the tone is perfect, but there’s random lines all over, breakage, and some spots not highlighted enough. When she was finished, I noticed the random lines and asked if she could fix it. She fixed it on the part line and said the ones on the side are from bleach on my skin. I can’t say enough about how great Flor is. At our initial consultation she calmed my anxieties about needing a color correction by walking me through exactly what to expect during our appointment and tailoring a plan for my hair moving forward. She’s a great listener, understood exactly what I wanted, and knew how to make it happen! She’s also great to chat with in the chair and makes time go by quickly.
