Matt cheated my family and I out of $26,000. I had to listen to him complain how he was giving me a $26,000 credit to get the deal done and in the end he was extremely deceptive and lied! He gave the $26,000 dollars to the buyer. The whole time he said he got me the number I wanted for my house when the reality was he wrote a deceptive contract so that the buyer of my house was getting the credit.
