Received VERY POOR communication throughout my case. After signing on , then I received very little information and had difficulty getting updates or responses. Will tell you they'll reach out within 24 hours and never respond. I felt left in the dark during an important legal matter. Would not recommend. Btw I never knew who my actual attorney was that’s how bad this place was. The Colbert Lawfirm came to my rescue when I was in a car wreck in 2025. My car was totaled and I obtained serious injuries. My case managers been there from the beginning and always been super helpful. I definitely recommend this Lawfirm to others because they are trained and they actually care too.
