Received VERY POOR communication throughout my case. After signing on , then I received very little information and had difficulty getting updates or responses. Will tell you they'll reach out within 24 hours and never respond. I felt left in the dark during an important legal matter. Would not recommend. Btw I never knew who my actual attorney was that’s how bad this place was. My case managers been there from the beginning and always been super helpful. I definitely recommend this Lawfirm to others because they are trained and they actually care too. I was excited to work with this law firm. Since Mya left the communications with clients left too. You have to leave a message for a call center to forward to the law firm. The law firm may or may not respond ever. They’ll text you asking important questions from a number you can’t text back. It’s very frustrating and lacks professionalism. I don’t know if they are busy & overwhelmed but it breaks my heart to have this type of outcome from someone I thought highly of.
