They were very rude and arrogant. I guess the Guy named Norman is the owner. He wouldn't even look at my coins. Mind you I've been collecting about six months and I'm not familiar with all the errors and varieties on pennies. I started collecting Lincoln Pennies and have some wheat pennies 1955 to present. He got a woman to wait on me that didn't seem to know anything about coins and tried to sell me a red book which I already have and she wanted to ask me where I got my coin books and wanted to talk about my ring, anything ... read more

Hi. Sorry for the misunderstanding here. In all honesty, yes we were very busy at the time you came in and did not have free time to look at your common pennies - which both 1969-S and 1982 are. We suggested you purchase the Red Book because it has information that could help you find out that information and be better informed. If you want to make money off coins, and think you have errors, bring them back and point out which ones are them. If you want me to find them for you, there is a fee for that. RecommendedNorman is a great dealer and very honest. I have purchased many from him over the years. I usually see him a major coin shows and seek him out.
I have found some excellent coins at great prices. Very friendly and helpful. i plan to stop by often.
Didn't seem HONEST in the last transaction. I think I got ripped off.
Currently the best coin shop that I have ever done business with. Norman and his crew are awesome folks. They have great prices both in rare coins and bullion. Even though I have moved out of the Gulf Coast Region, I still buy coins from them. Highly recommended!
