For me, if prices are higher than Starbucks or 7 Brew, the customer service needs to be exceptional. The coffee isn’t good enough to justify the cost, especially with the recent price increase.
This place blows STARBUCKS out the water. (Environment wise and service)
Love it, great spot to read and enjoy drinks/food. Seating can be a bit dodgy due to it being very popular. The baristas/cashiers are always kind and respectful.
Gelato and Coffee are amazing, service is always quick and very friendly!
