Super chill coffee shop inside a flower/plant shop. Stayed there and played chess while enjoying the ocean breeze. Barista was chill and friendly.

Finally a chai that isn’t too sweet and more on the spicy side. So hard to find these days even though it tastes so much better.
This place no longer exists under that name but has a new name which is Wellspring Coffee company. They need to put up a new Google page or change the name here. Otherwise people will have difficulty finding it. There's also no sign outside at this time.
