We used to consistently buy our ground coffee from this shop but after this past Friday's experience it will definitely be our last. It was Black Friday and they were offering 15% discount. Awesome. I purchased 2 bags of ground coffee that are $13 each regular. My total was $23 after the discount so it saved me roughly $4. After I paid, I placed my punch card on the counter. The food is Always fresh and tasty.. then to top it off I had a Blueberry Smooch coffee that was so good. The staff are always helpful and nice.. atmosphere is so comfy and Nostalgic.. always a pleasure to dine there. Highly recommend it.

My husband and I ate at The Coffee Company for lunch today and OH MY!! The food portions are more than generous, and is SOOOO tasty! The Coffee Club was piled high with meats, and the tzatziki sauce on the Islander was on point! The atmosphere was inviting (not to mention the way it smells in there!) and the staff was so friendly! We can't wait to come back!
Visited twice during our recent vacation while visiting Roan Mtn. The food and service was wonderful as was the latte. And the cinnamon roll was the best I've ever had! Will definitely be back next time we're near.

So very happy to see The Coffee Company open for dine-in during this time..this is a trying time for all businesses and no one does it better that Travis and Frankie and their team..hardworking, dedicated to their community and downtown. Congratulations on two terrific years!
This place used to be great, but it has gone downhill. I used to go regularly, since 2015 (my husband has been going for much longer than that), and every time I went I would buy get $80-100 hundred dollars worth of coffee as well as gifts when we traveled overseas. I'm rarely in a hurry when I go, but one day I was (only because my phone was broken and I had to meet someone).
