average food, bought a big breakfast but all that came was minuscule portions made for a child. took almost 30 minutes for our food to arrive only got it to be mediocre at best. asked for a change of bread and was reassured it would be quick. 10 minutes later i go ask where it is and none of the staff know anything, only then for two pieces of cold bread with unmelted butter to be brought out. would not go there again.
Avoid this place at all costs. Staff uninterested, rude and zero customer service. Order a side of chips that had to be returned due to them clearly being refried after left to go cold. Was met with complete attitude from the waitress who sulked as she took the plate away. Large flat white was scalding hot, milk very burnt and the coffee weak and terrible which had to be left. We decided to have breakfast at the coffee club. The Coffee club at Rouse Hill Shopping Centre offers a great atmosphere, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. We find the vibe of the shopping centre adds to the experience, creating a lively yet comfortable setting for catching up with friends or taking a break. I think it’s not hygienic to be wiping the tops of coffee lids when they overflow after you pour into the cup with the bench cloth you have just used to wipe the bench tops. Watched it occur 3 times whilst I waited for my coffee.
