I ordered the smashed avo with confit cherry tomatoes and olive oil, but it looked like the café was cutting corners and the chef was in a rush to go home. Everything was just thrown onto the plate with no dressing or olive oil. It’s a simple, staple dish — even a 10-year-old could put it together better than this. This place specifically Coffee Club fountaingate has significantly changes in the quality of their food for sometime now. Also every time I order something is quantity is becoming less and less they make the portions very small and cut one toast into 2 pieces for a whole meal we order. Never back here again..

Went here today for 2 coffees and 2 granolas. I asked for my coffee to be extra hot — it came out barely warm. The coffee was so watery that it spilled the moment I picked it up, and it tasted extremely bitter. Honestly, it was undrinkable. My mum, who actually finished hers, has been sick in bed all day after drinking it. The staff clearly have no proper barista training, and whoever owns this place seriously needs to step up their standards — maybe even take a coffee-making class themselves. Worst experience. The fritters I ordered were tiny thin pancakes the confit tomatoes were just cut tomatoes not cooked at all. Waited 40 minutes to receive said meal left feeling hungry and disappointed.
