Not worth your money what so ever. Every time I come here there are coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink. I ask for a modification and they roll their eyes. Everyone that works here seems miserable. I’ve given it multiple chances and each time I’m disappointed. There’s supposed to be a bakery opening next door… hopefully that takes all of the business from this location and actually tastes good 🫠
Not great ..customer service ..bad not helpful they don't give you the points Coffee Bean is already expensive at least you could do is give people their points this supposed to be a good area so give great customer service they took away the one on Sahara and Fort Apache that one had great service and honestly the drinks tasted better the only reason I'm going is because I have a gift card but I even erased the app from my phone. At this location is never busy I know I know good luck
Today I ordered four shots of espresso with a splash of cream, and what I received was anything but that. I told the employee this same issue happened yesterday and they remade it without a problem. This time, he said, “bro, I can make you a new one, but it’ll look the same.” Ignoring the fact i was telling him this is not the same drink and he might have confused it with a regular coffee.
