Your coffee is so much better than Starbucks. However your Wi-Fi fails extremely in comparison forcing so many of us locals to do any coffee business meetings requiring laptop internet usage to have to choose Starbucks instead. This means you are literally loosing 1000s of dollars a week in revenue by not fixing this issue. Please consider this thanks

I was in yesterday and I could have sworn that I saw a guy with a beard spit into someones coffee. I think his name started with a G, but I'm not sure. I will never be back if these are the kind of people hired at this company. How disgusting.
