I had the opportunity and privilege to work with Tim Whaley and the Cochran Firm recently. Tim was a pleasure to work with. Being a lawyer myself, I am sure I'm not the easiest client. But Tim always made me confident that I was in good hands. Communication was effortless and he always was very clear on the situation. Oh and the result was also far above my expectations. I would not hesitate to work with Tim again in the future.
I was struck as a pedestrian while walking my dog through a crosswalk by an SUV. Progressive (the drivers insurance) offered me $1333 for my injuries. DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME NOR ENERGY. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. They are incompetent lawyers who play with people's time and painful experience. Brain McDaniel and paralegals gave me the worst advice ever (and i have the proof to back it up). This was my first car accident and they ignored me and neglected my case. The other party ran a stop sign which caused the accident with my 4yr daughter and I inside our vehicle. If I could give them negative stars I would.
I was in an accident while visiting Covington, GA. I had chosen a law firm in GA to represent me because the accident happened there. I thought that they would be well equipped to handle my case. After 3 days, I realized that my best interest was not the priority of that law firm. I looked for a law firm close to home in Maryland.
