DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME NOR ENERGY. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. They are incompetent lawyers who play with people's time and painful experience. Brain McDaniel and paralegals gave me the worst advice ever (and i have the proof to back it up). This was my first car accident and they ignored me and neglected my case. The other party ran a stop sign which caused the accident with my 4yr daughter and I inside our vehicle. If I could give them negative stars I would.
I was in an accident while visiting Covington, GA. I had chosen a law firm in GA to represent me because the accident happened there. I thought that they would be well equipped to handle my case. After 3 days, I realized that my best interest was not the priority of that law firm. I looked for a law firm close to home in Maryland. I had a terrible accident and the ochran Firm was there for me. They did an excellent job with everything. The investigation and dealing with the insurance companies. I definitely would love to thank Ms. Cassandra Nevel !! She always stayed in contact with me and guided me through the entire process.
