Location, pricing, management. Overall, it is a great community to be a part of.
I live here and like the set up of the home I also know that I don't have to worry if anything goes wrong if we need maintenance, they are always prompt. The Coast Townhomes are a safe and quiet place to live. The only thing that could use improvements is the grounds could be kept up but that has more to do with uncaring residents.
Terrible Property Maintenance. You could get far better value for your money anywhere else! Anywhere!
Updated - November 2017 Only a couple months before our lease ended did they finally acknowledge that our air handler needed to be replaced that was causing me terrible respiratory and allergy issues; the worst I've ever had anywhere. Upon moving out, they kept our entire deposit, and included that we owed them more money, despite the terrible conditions of which the apartment was in when we moved in. These people are crooks.
