this is the 3rd year that our pool has been closed for memorial day weekend

So how is it a woman burns down her unit leaves 13 people displaced yet all of the rent goes up cause they have to find other units to live in it's not far that all of them have to suffer cause of one women's carelessness. The rent shouldn't go up 300+ cause of an dumbass
