The apartments were nasty when we moved it. So hard to get them to come in and have something fixed. We had to move out due to black mold in the bedrooms due to toilet leaking. I don’t know how they are hud apartments when they have so many violations they won’t fix.
Anyone who moves here I highly suggest to not. This landlord NEVER is in her office stays in her room which is attached to her office. Can't play loud music. Kids can't swim outside In a baby pool (even though she has a pool in her yard) everything everyone does is limited. She also will take your personal problems and use them against you and then lies about it. No accountability for her actions.
