Great community and have lived here for many years. Overall, safe neighborhood conveniently located near many shops and apartments are clean and well maintained. Really appreciate the maintenance team, especially Angel and Carlos, who are always responsive and very helpful.
The Club Torrey Pines is an amazing place to live. I've lived here for many years as it's close to my job and has easy access to the best restaurants, beaches, and parks. The property offers great amenities as well as friendly and welcoming staff inside of the leasing office. The property is always very well maintained, with a pool, easy parking, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and not to mention has the best team in the maintenance department. I have been a resident here for nearly 5 years, and with the exception of the standard issues one is subjected to at any apartment/condo complex (less than stellar neighbors, parking woes, and spa closures), this place has been great. Having lived at a number of these complexes during my life, I think the standout feature of this place is it's Maitenance team, and most notably Angel. We’ve lived at the Club for about 5 years now, and our time here has been great. The staff is a real highlight for us. The maintenance team especially led by Angel always comes quick, does great work, and always has a smile on his face. We also appreciate Jake and Stephen in the front office for the help they provide us. We’ve lived in several apartment communities and we’ve noticed the main difference in living there is the staff.
