RecommendedI have never lived in an apartment and honestly was a bit nervous about noise, shared walls, etc. I'm 4 months in and I couldnt be happier! Very rarely hear neighbors or hallway noise, the property is always clean and well kept. Parking lot and ground are well lit. And the entire staff, from management to maintenance are top notch! They honestly go above and beyond to make sure all concerns or or maintenance issues are immediately addressed (and check back in to make sure everything was handled correctly).
They could permanently fix the elevator which goes out regularly. I am on the 5th floor and have bad knees. If I make it down it is very hard to get back up, especially in the heat. They could after 9 months paint my front door which I reported when I moved in. The excuse that they don't have the paint is ridiculous.
I absolutely love living at The Club of the Isle and have to give a shout out to the spectacular office team and maintenance crew! They are top-notch! As a homeowner, I was looking for an apartment in Galveston that would be as comfortable as my own home. The apartments and grounds at The Club of the Isle are so well-maintained, and my fur babies feel so at home with all of the pet-friendly areas. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, look no further. The Club of the Isle is the very best! 😀❤️😀❤️

The staff lie about everything. Close work orders without fixing anything. Elevators work only half the time. They don't follow their own lease agreement and break it but then try and make you believe they did not. So glad we purchased a home and got out of the place. Also have black mold in the walls and a/c duct work.
Moved here in September and we love it. We have a great location, it's quiet, the place is well cared for. We looked at a lot of apartments before we chose Club of the Isle.
I moved to Club of the Isle in the midst of a divorce and needed a true gated complex. I expressed this to the leasing agent and was never once informed that the gated are left wide open Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM. In addition, the elevator in building one breaks regularly. Again, not mentioned prior to move in even though it was a known ongoing issue. I feel strongly that I was not communicated with honestly. Very poor business ethics.
