The club is a clean 24 hour access health & fitness facility with racquetball courts! Drop in rates are available if you're just visiting. We offer a full line of cardio-vascular equipment including treadmills, stair-steppers, elliptical trainers and recumbent bikes. Weight training equipment includes Nautilus and Quantum resistance machines and an entire free weight room. We also offer group exercise classes such as spin, body flex, sport circuit and yoga. Personal training is also available.

Gina is so friendly and knowledgeable. Clientele is great. They have everything you need for a great workout. Must wake up early and try Susan's yoga. She is an amazing person inside and out!!!
First day and was awesome !!! The owners are so professional :)
