The club is a clean 24 hour access health & fitness facility with racquetball courts! Drop in rates are available if you're just visiting. We offer a full line of cardio-vascular equipment including treadmills, stair-steppers, elliptical trainers and recumbent bikes. Weight training equipment includes Nautilus and Quantum resistance machines and an entire free weight room. We also offer group exercise classes such as spin, body flex, sport circuit and yoga. Personal training is also available.

Amazing place to workout, friendly helpful staff and peaceful atmosphere
This is my sanctuary... I get 1 hour a day to myself and I love de stressing here plus the employees are great and everyone is very nice ... I love how they make you feel so welcome and how they encourage you to keep going !!!
This place is great, every one the works there was super friendly and helpful! The classes were great and made me feel comfortable! And the owners are very nice and friendly! Great place!!
Old machines some not working, no fans to circulate air, everything is cramped into a small space. Front desk is only available for a few hours so if you have questions about availability of the sauna, or any general questions about the equipment, you have to figure out when someone is going to be there and ask them. Not worth what you pay, but what else can you ask for in such a small town.
