We are a family health club, not simply a "gym". We provide a complete family fitness environment for all members of a family. Swim lessons, group exercise, cardio equipment, free weights, racquetball, squash, table tennis, badminton, basketball, personal training, small group PT, massages, tanning, nutrition, nursery, ballet, inline skating, soccer, karate, yoga, pilates, spinning, les mills, plus so so much more.

We love this place as a family! All of us go there together . While kids do their classes we attend ours and if we are in different classes they love spending time at the day care.
Love our 20 years at the Club! Terrific people and equipment and you can't beat the fabulous pool!
Expensive compared to nearby clubs, but extensive class schedule and nice facilities. Several great instructors and friendly staff.
I've been going here on and off at least 15 years, probably longer. I've tried other gyms and they just never worked out for me. I love this one! The staff remembered me after a 5 year hiatus!!! I just had back surgery in december and knew the pool would be good pt. I just really wish it was 24 hours! I'm more of a night owl anyways.
Excellent swim programs and pool. I recommend wholeheartedly.
