RecommendedI joined the club last year for my boys and they have enjoyed the swimming lessons and every program they have joined
I love the staff here. My trainer Teresa McKernan is wonderful! This gym is updating their equipment and the staff are attentive to the members by encouraging you to try new things! I was introduced to the new treadmill (Assault Air Runner) today and I found it to be a different experience then the old treadmill. This treadmill uses your pace instead of the machine setting the pace for you to catch up to. If you want a different workout, I suggest you try it out!

Love the gym, love the staff, could use a stronger WiFi connection. Overall great atmosphere to workout, great family environment.
My experience at this gym..... I felt sexually violated, and the gym was disgusting never going back. Talked to the owner about this issue, and he seemed to just turn his head at the issue. So if you are looking for a gym with pathetic staff members, and wanna be sexually harassed this might be the gym for you..
