The Club has been the best place for my husband’s mom Doris. We have experienced other places that are not doing the best in care and over medicating your loved ones. She is in such a better state of mind and health. The staff is to be praised! They are so attentive to her needs. Always making sure she is well taken care of. She is always clean, hydrated, and fed. My Mother lives there and since the facility was sold and the name changed from Savannah Court Bartow to The Club at Bartow, it has become impossible to communicate with the administrative staff. There phone is rarely answered and when it is answered, you are transferred and then the call goes to voicemail. My voicemail messages are never responded to.
