Dealer responded immediately. Went to look at the car, gave him a copy of my license and he gave me the keys to go and test drive. Nice clean car and drove perfectly. Let the sales guy I would be back Thursday to buy the car which was 3 days away. Came back and he had kept the car for me! Nice friendly guy! Thanks again and my son absolutely loves the car

Horrible experience and customer service. I went to car lot with my uncle who is a mechanic to view Chevy Monte Carlo. It took 20 minutes before we were even approached by unprofessional sales man dressed with “thong sandals” Car wouldn’t even start up, we needed to jump car. My uncle noticed plenty of things wrong with car. 1. Transmission fluid was filled to VERY TOP 2. Motor can from a junk yard, that still had junk yard writing on it 3. How do you respond to all around unhappy client. Well if your uncle was a mechanic he would know that there is no difference between green and red antifreeze. Transmission should be filled to the upper level and yes we replaced the engine in the car that means we did something to fix it instead of selling it broke like other dealers do. As far as jump goes, the battery can get low some times when the car sits for a while and we never have any issues replacing it at the time of sale.
