Rebecca was fantastic. She was super sweet and knew exactly how to work with my curly hair. She was able to give me the exact cut I wanted while working with my natural curls rather than having to force them to behave. This was my first visit to the clock tower and it was an absolute 10/10. Will definitely be back in the future. Hana was super sweet and an excellent esthetician. January 11th, I had the worst experience at the salon. I had my hair prior worked on by Katie, and she did a phenomenal job every time. Unfortunately, when I went to schedule an appointment in January, Katie had no availability when I needed it, so I called the salon, and they scheduled me with Rea. My appointment was scheduled for 12 pm. When I came in, I was informed that she is going to take care of this client really quick, and then she'll call me back. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours.
